Our Policies

We value your time and ours, and each appointment is reserved specifically for you. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 rebooking fee, and same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. These fees are separate from future services and must be paid before rebooking. Missed appointments and late cancellations impact our ability to serve other guests, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation

Cancellation

Each appointment is reserved specifically for you and your stylist. Guests who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the total service cost. This fee is separate from future services and must be paid before rebooking. No-shows impact our ability to serve other guests and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 

No-Shows

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to cancel and reschedule your appointment to best accommodate our schedule. Arrivals under 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service so that we may remain on time for all guests. 

Late Arrivals

All services must be paid in full at the time of your appointment. Please note that all pricing is subject to change based on your consultation, as each service is customized to meet your individual needs. This excludes any deposits, which are required in advance and applied separately. We accept both cash and card for all services; however, we do not accept checks under any circumstances, including for bridal services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and professional experience for all guests.

While we do not offer refunds, your satisfaction is our top priority and we are committed to making it right. If your hair requires a redo or adjustment, we are happy to provide this within 14 days of your original service. Our goal is always to ensure you leave feeling confident and thrilled with your look. We take pride in working with you to achieve your desired results.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is very important to us, we are absolutely committed to ensuring you love your results. If you have any concerns, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. While we do not offer refunds on salon services, adjustments may be made at no cost within 14 days of the original service and will be completed by the original stylist following an in-salon assessment. 

Retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are unused or defective.
